Flapjack World Domination

So Catwoman emailed me with her address. Now no sad faces, I don't want any tears, luckily for you I prepared an extra box of flapjacks and the winner is...my blister Little Miss Moi. Little Miss Moi was the only commenter who really begged, she was down on her knees desperate for those flapjacks. So LMM email me your address and a package will be winging it your way too. As the rest of you are salivating over these flapjacks I've decided to send you all a packet. This has nothing to do with my attempt to gain flapjack world domination. I make them most weeks for the children to bring to school (because apparently despite the syrup and sugar they are healthy due to the oats). So each week I'll pack up a box and send it to you, if you send me your address. Flapjacks will be sent out in a first come first serve so get those addresses emailed.

What is your favourite kind of bread?

The no knead bread.

Soup

When was the last time you bought a new pillow?

July 2006, only £3.99 in Ikea and so cosy.

Salad

Approximately how many hours per week do you spend surfing the ‘net?

Oh no, don't ask me this. If I work it out I might faint from the shock or decide to quit blogging and I just can't do that, please...don't...ask...me..that...(heart beating furiously).

Main Course

What’s the highest you remember your temperature being?

I remember in Greece that it was very hot and being told it was 110 oF and in Portugal it was about 35 oC. I'm not sure which is the hottest but both times were pretty damn hot for an English girl (who does love the sun and isn't a pale skinned beauty).

Dessert

Fill in the blanks: When I ____________, I _____________.

When I snore I grind my teeth. Is it any wonder poor Joules suffers from sleep deprivation?

ooh I love flapjacks. Who cares about the syrup - the oats are good for your movements (which is what my Welsh grandma would say). Please can you make some with chocolate on top?

I think it was asking what YOUR temperature being- as in fever. that was how I read the question.

I am with you on the whole net surfing thing. If I figured it up, I'd have to stop.

I know someone else who would not want to add up the hours spent blogging or surfing. However something has gone wrong at the moment and withdrawal syptoms are being suffered. No doubt normal service will be resumed as soon as possible. Love.

Dear beccy. Nothing like some shameless begging and flattery. Already salivating at the prospect of yummy food!

I'm assuming, that like me, your blogging could be a hefty part time job. It's a shame we don't get paid for it.

Seriously????

I love flapjacks = I'll e-mail you my address, BUT - only send them if they aren't going to cost you a small fortune, okay? I'm serious about this - because I live WAY on the WEST COAST of the U.S. - so that could be even more costly (like sending it to Australia or something).

bwhaa how do I email you?

ooh I want some flapjacks! I will email you but like Karmyn I am on the west coast of the US and don't want it to cost you to much money. I've never had them before so it would be great to try and maybe I would learn!
I try not to think about the time I spend on the computer also. Between work and home it would be way to much!
I agree with Frannie I read it as what YOUR highest temp was like a fever.

damn! i would have so begged for those!

and i love your english food description. i'd find it hard to think of anything english english on top of what you'd mentioned. i love liver and onions, steak and kidney and jam roly poly, but other than that everything else i cook is more international.

i forgot cold boiled beetroot (not pickled)

Oh yum. Those sound delicious.

I think I would be downright embarrassed to figure out how much time I spend online. Let's just stop talking about it. ;)

I am SO with you about the internet usage. If I was paid for all the time I'm on the 'net, I could retire happily (in Ireland, of course!!).
