Busy Baking

Yesterday morning was spent baking for another cake sale at the church.

This chocolate cake is an old recipe passed onto me and is really easy as you just bung all the ingredients into the bowl and mix for two minutes. It has treacle in it and tastes divine.

The lemon drizzle cake is Ben's favourite, I'm wondering if he'll ask me to buy it back!

You all know of my recent success with flapjacks, I can't make enough of them, (half of them were eaten before I got around to packaging them)

The theme for my fairy cakes was Spring.

O-oooo! Will you come visit me and bring some of those goodies with you?
By the way, I still haven't forgotten to mail that little Colorado gift to you. Just have been busier than a one-armed-paper hanger. You WILL receive something from the Swampwitch soon.

Unfortunately Mum there weren't many people there so I came home with lots of goodies, not that my family minded.

Frannie, you're welcome to come to tea any time!

There's a tempting offer Swampy!

the fairy cakes look gorgeous.
I am not sure about the flapjacks in green packaging though.

That sucks that no one was there to buy them:(

You should try and sell them out on the street.

I would buy some if I could.
