I can't think of many but when your nose decides it wants to be a tap (pouring not dripping) and needs to be plugged with tissues so you can get three hours sleep; recycled, hard as cardboard tissues are not pleasant! I'm off to buy some super soft, super expensive, aloe vera with extra balm type tissues to sooth my poor, red, sore nose.

Try putting some of the aloe vera gel on it. It may sting a bit but it will also help.

Thanks Sam, it's annoying having been unwell last weekend as well.
I always use polysporin on my nose, it's a godsend. And no sting!
When my brother was in Russia, way back when, they were told to bring their own toilet paper and kleenex as the Russian stuff was supposed to contain bits of wood. The hotel maid stole all of his, so he was stuck with uncomfortable stuff.
