Happy Christmas Beccy. I hope you are having fun. I'm just back from a swim in the ocean. The best way to get over too much food and wine for lunch.
I've done too much eating and drinking by far.
Barbara a swim in the ocean sounds good to me. I was in the local pool on Fri and the whole family hope to go later in the week. We certainly need the excercise after the over indulgence.
It's great to be home Barbara. I've been very well fed by Mum. Some people swim in the sea here on Christmas or Boxing day, I think they're mad because it's freezing! Of course if we were in Oz....

Nicola and Keira both went for a swim at Seapoint on Christmas morning. They took a hip flask just in case. Mad children. Had a wonderful day yesterday - got lovely pressies. Happy New Year to all in Bristol. Love Clare
