The day after...

The contents of Bens treat bag!

Mollie and Ben did very well trick or treating and came home with bags full of sweets. We then went into the estate next to ours to see a house that is always spooktacular. The owner spends a good month working on making his house spooky and the end result is very good, with coffins with bodies inside, shrieking witches and ghosts, a bubbling cauldron and much more. Ben got a big fright when a coffin opened and a head screamed at him! Alas I was not in blogger mode and forgot my camera. Unfortunately there were not as many fireworks to see this year as the Gardi and Government have been cracking down on people using them.

I've been burning the candle at both ends but unfortunately not for my enjoyment. I had to collect Dillon and two friends at midnight last night and then get up with Mollie today 7.20am to give her a warm up for a tennis tournament she was playing in and I thought life got easier as the children got older!!!

Beccy You're like me I am always forgetting my camera. However its a shame you didn't get a photo of that house it would probably have been fun.

She lost both her matches but played well. Both girls were a year older than her so she did well. It was a lovely sunny day here, but is cold now.

I'm very tired and off to bed to read! Dillon not so much at a party but six of them went to someones house after hanging around here to have halloween craic! He's very tired, went to bed at 7pm so I had to pull out of my tennis game as no babysitter!

I don't think Ben can manage to eat all those goodies. Tell him I will help him out when I visit

No, I don't need help because I have a sweetie jar but the lid can't close because I have too many sweets so I can't shut the lid. xx
