1) Wake up!
2) Be on cleaning up duty at 10am (cleaning the hall used for the bender the night before).
3) Be on tennis mentoring duty from 12.30-2pm against hard hitting 14 year olds.
4) Drop youngest son to a party at 2pm.
5) Drop daughter to a party at 3pm.
6) Collect youngest son from the party at 4pm.
7) Drive to collect take away for dinner (hubby and eldest son were working all day at hubby's work as the business is moving premises, there is no weekend off for hubby so he was unable to join me on Friday night for the aforementioned bender).
8) Take daughter to accident and emergency to get her wrist and elbow x-rayed as she fell at the aforementioned party and couldn't move her arm which was badly swollen.
9) Collect eldest son and friends from a gig at 10:30pm.
10) Stay up reading when you should be tucked up, fast asleep in bed!

Note to Self
Although you like beer it does not like you.
If you insist on drinking beer you will need to get up at least twice in the night to go to the bathroom, you will wake early with a headache and you won't be able to get back to sleep. Then you will be tired and grumpy when you get up.
Remember, vodka does not effect you in the same way, you can drink copious amounts of vodka and your sleep will be uninterrupted and your head will not ache!

Hangover cure
It's not even 9am, I've been awake for over an hour having had about five hours sleep and I feel great! I went out for a few drinks with Sally last night, we both planned to take it easy, me because I'm off to a christening today and Sally because she is flying to Boston tomorrow. Of course my plan to alternate my vodkas with water didn't come to fruition but as drink four arrived at the table Sally produced these from her bag:-
They are meant to be taken within an hour of your first drink and Sally's friend swore by them. They seem to have worked for me, hope they have for you Sally!
