Gingerbread Men

Apparently gingerbread men are a traditional Luxembourgian dish as well so Mollie baked a batch on Tuesday. She plans to take some in for her teacher so we'll see if a bit of bribrey works! You'll find the recipe here.

I might have to try these, I was just thinking the other day that the one thing I missed this Christmas season was gingerbread men!

My sisters often bring traditional gingerbread people to our family dinner around Christmas. They have fun decorating them and we enjoy eating them.
