So there were a lot of comments on my staying power. To be honest I was more than a little tipsy on such a high from playing all that tennis I had loads of energy. The time flew by, one minute it was 1am and we were dancing the next it was 5am and we were told to go home, it was a shame that we had to wait for nearly an hour for the taxi to collect us but we survived!
This photo is from the prize giving after the meal. Rob (my mixed doubles partner) and I are in the middle with the two captains either side. I won a beautiful necklace, in fact the necklace, bracelets and earrings I am wearing in this picture are all prizes from previous tennis competitions.
This photo was taken a good few hours later and we had resorted to helping Chloe (the blonde girl in the front) celebrate her ladies singles win by drinking out of her cup.
