The first time I visit the US was in 2002 when we met up with mum, dad and Sam in Florida for a family holiday of a lifetime. It was during this holiday then Sam introduced us to Junior Mints. One taste and we were all addicted. Sam brought packets of the mints over when she visited in 2005 and when Joules and I went to New York we stocked up on plenty of packets to bring home. Therefore Ben and I were delighted when mum gave us five packets from her recent trip to Canada. We refrained from eating them in Bristol and they were duly packed into my suitcase and flown home across the Irish Sea. Ben was so excited he opened the case to give his daddy his and to get his own. Mollie took her packet the day she returned from camp and the remaining two were safe in my suitcase (ok, I know, I hadn't got around to unpacking yet)! Today I started to unpack the case and found only one packet of Junior Mints, where was the other, have those airports workers sneaked a packet (unfortunately I had the case with me as hand luggage so I can't blame them). So if you find a packet of Junior Mints lying around they're mine and I want them back pronto...please.

I wonder what happened to them....
maybe you ate them in your sleep?
I don't think so Frannie, Joules thinks Ben might be the culprit but I think I would have found evidence of that! Ben and Mollie are currently at their grannys for a sleepover so I'll be questionning them later.
Beccy I immediately thought Ben- so does this mean Dillon or you missed out!! maybe Dillon took his himself!!
No mum, I gave Dillon the last pack and he offered it back to me of course as the fantastic mother I am I refused so we pretty much shared them (he got the lions share though)!
email me! i will send you some! i love junior mints. they remind me of going to the movies as a kid.
my email address is on my profile.
Thanks Laurie, you're very kind.
i'd send ya some too if you like....hope you find the missing pack before they melt in the meanwhile :)
I can send you some, Beccy, if you want.

But it's MY job to send them to you. Hmmmph. ALl you have to do is ask.
Some one has been very sneaky!
I'm with you, when the kids are sneaking chocolate and then theyflat out deny it, the evidence is right in fron of me all over their cute little guilty faces!LOL!
Hope you find them!
I think you will own more packets of Junior Mints than some stores here in the US, if you take up everyone's offer to send you some!
Just for fun, I have included this link, if you find yourself having withdrawls...

LOL to funny my daughter loves them.. perhaps i should have a contest with those as the prize;)
How strange about the missing mints! Didn't get to comment on your last post before this one popped up but what I wanted to say was...what is it with these teenagers and taking all the arty photos of themselves? The Renegade and Rosie are always doing it!
I must get one of them to take a better one of me for my blog. Everytime I look at it,it makes me cringe!!!
Elena Jane and Marmite Breath, thank you.
John that's ok then as I can make those!!!
Swampy...how could you?
Pamela, I'd have to win it though and you're good at the old winning thing!
Send away Sam.
Christine, the children have been caught and tortured and they seem to be innocent!
Thanks Heather, that's very tempting. I see you can buy huge boxes that would last about week in this house!
Wolfbaby, if you do a competition I'm entering!
Headless Chicken, I agree my daughter has started now but hasn't quite got the hang of it yet.
Hmmm...a mystery.
send me away?????
Hmmmph. You aren't getting any if you speak to me like that.
Beckie...that's still not been solved!
Sam I meant send the mints away to me sweet sister not send you away. Of course if I could send you away here that would be fun!
Mmm, Junior Mints are delicous! I hope you find them soon!
If this was my house - there would be some serious hunting going on.
You need Junior Mints - e-mail me and I'll send some!!!!! (pretty soon you will have Junior mints coming out of your ears and you will be sick of them!) ha ha
So do I Julie.
Karmyn, we've been deprived of them for years I can't ever imagine being sick of them!
Mice!
p.s. You rock on my blog!
p.s. Not the rodent version you understand!
Yum...Junior Mints
I think it is time for a lttle investigation! Use the last pack as bait! But Carefully!
If you have never seen the episode of Seinfeld with the junior mints, you have to! It's classic!
I can hardly wait to hear how this mystery unfolds. Hope they turn up at some point.
I'll have to send you some when we get settled in after we move. As my thanks for sending the flapjacks that were quickly gobbled up around here. I love junior mints too!
