I love using my silicone bread tin, no greasing or flouring and it can go in the dishwasher. So I had to buy these in Dunnes when I spotted them because I love the colour (and because they're practical)!

I am jealous I really will hav eto buy some; as you know I have been looking at them for ages.
ah yes - these are fantastic! i have muffin trays and a thing which probably has a proper name - it's shallow and about 25cm across with fluted edges - i use it for tarts
I haven't one of those fluted trays, sounds good. What I must remember is to throw away some of my old tins to make way for these new, super, dooper ones!
